They are taking legit job postings and routing them through their via Indeed - for me. The reply email for a job posting (Brilliant Earth) I applied to looked different than ones I’ve received in the past. So I investigated and the email address was not for Brilliant Earth, it was a [email protected] - which redirects to JazzyHr.com (under the umbrella of Employ Inc.) and that company tries to charge money for services. Now this company has my personal information I use to apply for jobs - name, phone, email address, job history, school history - all unauthorized. Extremely deceptive and terrible business practice. And heartbreaking for those unemployed desperately seeking legit employment
