Over the past month, I've been receiving 2-3 text messages each week, from different individuals claiming to be from "JaxCashHomeBuyers," inquiring about a property they'd like to buy from me (**** Doncaster Ave, Jacksonville, FL).

I do NOT have any property for sale. So I do not know how my number ended up in their database to trigger their scam / phishing attempts.

Also: Each text inquires about a property at that address, and is addressing me by name that is NOT me -- they're attempting to contact "ISAIAH" (the name is always in all-caps).

I have never replied to any of their texts. Each time I get one, I add the number to my block list.

> the latest one, received 9/15/2020: 904-782-**** I am reporting this in the hopes of warning others who may be targeted, and to report this business. I looked them up here on BBB.org and they appear to have an unfavorable record.
