I opened an email from "Jason" jasonsmith78oo @ outlook .com from ElectroGear that had stated the people I care for had ordered $217.04 worth of products. I called the customer service number provided and spoke with a male. After explaining and they disconnected the call. I phoned again and spoke with a female who, again, disconnected the call. They blocked my phone so I used another line and the male i spoke with first answered. After telling him again he said to me "Go [censored] your mom, Bi**h boy." then hung up and blocked that line as well. I have already visited ElectroGear's website to inform them.
