Jasmine African Grey Parrot Reports & Reviews (16)

I had the same experience also with Jasmine African Grey Parrots just like everyone else! I ha just bought a brand new birdcage a waiting for my new arrival paid $400 for bird and 100 for shipping supposed to be at my house next day NOTHING! Now I’m out $500 and an empty birdcage! I hope that those people get what comes too them because they deserve every penny’s worth!

I got the same email, same text, same price for bird and shipping, with pictures, phone number and address. I'm glad I googled them before sending money. I was going to purchase as a gift as well. Thank you for all those who have posted on here showing they're a scam so they don't keep scamming people. Thank you all for the heads up, its been greatly appreciated!

What ever you do DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT SEND MONEY. This isn’t the only scam they are running. Luckily I wasn’t a victim. I responded with a simple “Not interested” and a list of other business name which are all scams they been running they asked me for my resources.

I have been dealing with Jasmine African Grey Parrot. I paid them $500.00 for a parrot named Ava. I paid them with an American Express gift card on 11/25/ 2020. They told me that she would arrive the next day by 8:30 PM. She never arrived, they are from Texas at least the claim.

So sorry to here. This person has multiple scams.

Thank goodness for intuitiveness! Being in marketing and web design looking over the entire website and the super genetics along with pictures and reviews none of which matched or added up or even remotely looking like an actual true breeder I began researching and thankfully found this page and all of the reports! That moment of getting your hopes up and getting excited to something doesn’t feel right.
They actually match up to what I truly fee is another site of theirs doing the exact same things marvelafricangreyparrots.com Same exact techniques, voices, procedures style website etc.
Any business that’s been around (again same amount of years 9+) will have a registered payment allocation for security on both sides.

these people did a good job in making a fool out of me, pocketing $500. i wanted to surprise my 7 year old with special needs an african grey for his birthday and these people ruined it. all i can wish for, is God's wrath upon them and all their members involved. what goes around, comes around. May they never live and breathe in peace.

I found this website while researching to buy an African Grey Parrot. I sent a message via the website inquiring to the price. They sent a text response followed by an email. I became suspicious when the final response did not match the inquiry. I found the scam alert via the phone number. I texted and told them it was sad what they were doing. Their response was a religious response. Really? And people can't understand why so many turn from religion.

The website is just a scam. Unfortunately I was not one of the ones they got taken from them they had tried to. I told them I was going to call the FBI on them and they quickly blocked me from their email and their website. And Also when I confronted them about it being a scam they wanted to bring God into it! PEOPLE BE WARE OF THAT WEBSITE!

Jasmine African grey parrot home (jasmineafricangreyparrotshome.com) has a website advertising African Grey Parrots for 5 months and under for 50% discount. I contacted them for more information and inquired why birds were so cheap. The husband of the company said due to covid, sales were off and they had other birds on eggs so they needed to find forever homes for the ones advertised. They said they were selling for 400 plus 100 shipping. They said they had been in business for 9+ years. I asked if they took paypal. They only took zelle and american express cards. He provided a reference and this reference only communicated by text. They spoke english with heavy french accent. He did admit to being french. Once they received the money, I was told the wife lost her phone and to block the zelle account. They said they would ship the bird the following morning and I would receive the bird within 8 hours. I was contacted by Statespettransport.com stating I needed to confirm my address so that the bird could be shipped. Once confirmed I was told I would have to pay 880.00 for insurance due to aviation rules. This 880.00 would then be refunded in full once the bird was delivered with no casualties. I told the company that this was not correct. No conversation took place with this courier, only by email. I asked for them to put the bird on an airplane, through cargo and to provide tracking. If they were not able to do this, to send me a full refund. I received no response from either parties...seller or courier. This was even after telling them I would be making a formal complaint and spreading the word on social media. I have since seen one complaint identical to my experience on scampulse.com for jasmine african grey parrot home. Both web pages were set up in 2020, using astra wordpress and look extremely authentic. The phone number received to contact the courier is located in Canada. the breeder claims to be out of Texas."

I got same phone number but different address i got Richmond texas address im so heartbroken I even asked for a video and they sent me one I really thought this was legit I literally just found this site 5 minutes ago I thought we were gonna be getting our parrot in a few days:(

Same story. They want $400 for the bird, 100 shipping. They wanted payment by google pay which didn’t work. “Some was wrong with their account” payment was cancelled. Maybe google got smart and cancelled them.
Then they wanted payment by Zelle or American Express gift card. I said, no. PayPal. They refused. Cash app... they sent me an address that their son has. ... what!?
All the bells and whistles and red flags are going up every where with these people. We researched the site reviews and low and behold, so many people are getting scammed by these people. We all seem to have the same story.

Same thing happened to me couple days ago. I wanted to adopt African Grey and I found out about them online and later they said it’s available for adoption. They asked me to pay $500. $400 for bird and $100 for delivery fees. So they asked me to Cashapp or either Zelle for online transfer in the name of Nickolas. After I did, next day I got shipping information from Petline where the shipping location it shows about Houston, Texas and as what I noticed they based on Mcallen so how come my bird reached to Houston all sudden. I really wanted to go buy myself once i see the bird. But this time i’m really stupid enough trusting them and sent money to them.

later I got message from Petline, where they says, “my bird needs medical insurance for travel and asked me to pay $880”. I was like okay and after reading email carefully they mentioned that we will pay you money back with agent once your bird reach to your destination in cash. And I decided definitely it’s scam. So i got call later from an agent who works for Petline asking me to transfer money through Cashapp and Zelle and I already knew something is off. Why all sudden people started doing transactions on Zelle and Cash App. So the guy called and asked me to pay the amount and i said why should i pay I already got insurance on that bird and he told me Sir, still we need the money to ship the bird and all sudden he hanged up on me. And I told my friend to send an emails to them ask if they have same particular bird for adoption and they said yes to her.
