Continuing scam artist

I hope one day this guy gets caught. He presented me with a plan for home improvements helping to remodel an attic. Then he did a hack job and kept demanding more money for supplies he never bought. When he stopped showing up I kept his tools and he had his mom call the cops on me to get them back. He never finished even a quarter of the project and I took him to small claims. I won but because he did the work in Quebec and lived in Ontario at the time I could never go after him in order to garnish his wages. Reported him to the Quebec building commission to fine him but they had trouble locating him because he skipped town. Looks like he is in Victoria now and CEO of many fake business and has multiple Facebook accounts. I hope one day he gets charged for all of this.

Claimed to be an online marketer that would help me advertise my business. Signed a contract promising to do a number of things such as run ads and social media accounts. Did none of those, used several excuses (dealing with a move, family issues, etc.) until he then promised a refund. Took him a long time to send it, and he then sent it and cancelled it a day later. Then he started ignoring me. I was scammed when the scammer (Jaryd Thomas Paquette) was using Lets Get Hype as his company name. He is now operating a similar scam but under We Are Jolt.
