About five months ago I ordered a heated blanket made by Jartoo. I ordered it as part of a Kickstarter, which has since closed. The expensive blanket does not turn on unless I have it plugged into the charger. I have reached out to the company over five times in the last two months via it's chat interface on the website, email and left voicemails. No matter what time of day or night I use the chat on the website, it always says they are unavailable. Same with when I call. I have also reached out to them via Kickstarter. Every communication to Jartoo results in no acknowledgement of the email, chat, phone call and does not elicit a response. They have two locations on their website: US and China. In the previous questions, I only included the US information as it did not allow for two locations.
