1. Erika promised 10-15 1st time home buyer leads that were fully complete including name, ph #, email, income $, credit, pre-approval amount, down payment amount.
2. Shortly after giving them $897.00 for this service Meleah contacted me and told me I'd get a free website included with this and additional leads. At this time it all sounded great.
However, - None of the leads included pre-approval amounts, only a couple had income or credit but none were complete.
I tried contacting both Erika & Meleah. Neither of them returned my call. Finally Justin called me and said he would take over my account ad he would release me from my contract and any further charges.
I gave it some time but still was not receiving these leads they promised and also NONE of them were 1st time homebuyers. The ones i did talk to were all looking for foreclosure or auction homes only. Justin did not reply to that fact. He only said that they give no guarantees. He would not refund my money.
I was lied to in order to get my $897.00 and rather than fixing it they continued to lie to me. They have continued to charge me another $897.00 from the contract they said they released me from. PLEASE if there is anyway to warn other Realtors to not sign up with this program it is a complete scam . They do not deliver what they promise, they will tell you they have released you from contract and yet continue to charge you!
