The person that was suppose to be selling shih tzu puppies was on Facebook and I asked her where she was at. She said to private message and I did. Said she was in Dallas. I picked out a puppy I wanted. She said she had to have half down which would be $400.00 as the puppy was $800. So I sent her $400.00 through Chime. She said we needed to get puppy in my name and that she would get the paperwork done and send to me via email and I would sign it and return it. There would be no expense in delivering puppy. I have message of her stating that. Well then she wanted me to pay the rest of the money but I was very hesitant of sending the remainder without having puppy in hand. she sent me some references of other people who had purchased puppies from her. It seemed legitimate at the time. I was on medication after having had an injection in my eye is the only reason I can think of why I agreed to send the rest of the payment. I wouldn't normally do something like that, but I did. Regret terribly. She said she had taken puppy to the transport company that was to deliver my puppy. Well then I get a message from a company called TNT Shipping Logistics saying they will be delivering puppy.but that I need to pay them $700 to rent a carrier for a tiny little dog. But that I would receive a refund of 87% of that cost. I told them I did not have the money. They kept pressuring me. The next day they wanted to know how much money I had. I told them $150.00. They said if I sent them that they would proceed with the delivery. The buyer contacted me and insisted that I had to come up with the rest of the $700 for the puppy to be delivered. I said no. I even asked if I couldn't come and pick her up in person. They both said no but today the seller told me that since I didn't pay the shipping company she was going to go get the puppy and for me not to contact her anymore.
