James ***** said he wanted to buy a product that I'm selling on Facebook Marketplace. He said that he could send the money through zelle I told him I didn't have zelle I had cash app so he asked for my username I gave it to him like an [censored]. Then he said "I will be sending the payment with my business account and it requires recipient email" so right then I knew it was garbage. The guys name is James ***** and his Facebook username is *************

IS THEIR ANY HONEST PEOPLE OUT THERE ANY MORE??? people sucks.....the planets beautiful but people **** ***** ***** * ****** ******s and theirs no changing it. Pretty bad when ppl. Steal money from poor people. Selfish ******** *** ***** ** **** *******. Be safe out there and God bless the good people.

Was called by this number today. Caller ID read James ****** but caller identified her company as Unity Assets. I advised this agent that I only handle business through correspondence through the US postal service. She asked if it wouldn't be easier if I talked to them on the phone. I Advised I don't do business that way, and asked for a formal letter in the mail. After stating this several times, she then said, if I refused to discuss this, it would be marked as non-complaint in my case file and asked if I wished to discontinue the call. Advised I would, and we ended the call. She called back to say that if I didn't talk to her about this now, it would be very bad and would be marked in my case file. I double checked the name of her company then advised her, that her Caller ID had shown up as James  and that with a google search, this number is not showing associated with Unity Assets. That is why I insist on this to be done only through the mail. I then disconnected and blocked the call.

Aman name James with a funny voice called and said that someone tried to buy something on my Amazon account and wanted me to login a website from my computer and when I told him that I am will not and that I was looking at my Amazon account on my phone he hungup.

I posted a motorcycle for sale on Craigs list he wanted to use pay pall that was fine to start with. (He said he was a engineer on a ship with no access to western union) But then he wanted me to receive extra funds to pay for shipping via western union them for me to ship it to Peru. Using his agent. This felt wrong as i never heard of this scam. I then told him i only was doing cash in person no shipping. Then he contacted me saying he all ready sent the money. I checked I received no money. I contacted PAY PALL and reported it they said I was safe even though he had my email address. All he could do was send money. his cell is 701 289 2350 I then blocked it on my phone. This type of scam was on pay palls address. PAY PALL is the way to go.

THIS GUY NAME JAMES CALLED ME FROM THIS NUMBER TO TELL ME THAT I HAD BEEN PICK FOR A GOVERNMENT GRANT, AND THAT I DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY THE MONEY BACK.

An unidentified number came up on my phone.. Normally I do not answer, but lately, I have been, just to tell them Not to call me anymore.. When I answered the man introduced himself as James and said we were on a recorded line "Can you hear me ok"... Instinctively I said yes, told him I wasn't interested and to take our number off their call list.. Only after hanging up did I remember the scam about them using your voice recording to authorize fraudulent usage.. Not sure who I should notify to make sure I don't end up being responsible for something I did not order or want..

The caller asks "Is this Mrs. _________?" to try to elicit a "yes" response to use to authorize charges in the name of the person called.

Called my cell - asked if my name was Sandy Hardesty. I said "yes" - he said I had just won the Publisher's Clearing House Sweepstakes. I laughed and said I wasn't interested in collecting my prize and then hung up.
