Tried completing an immigration form to enter the country of Jamaica. The Company Pro-Axial Forms LLC - Registration B6637935 and website www.jamaican-stay.com with a fake Jamaican Government emblem, etc. pretends they are the official company for visitors to complete the forms. When I began completing the form, I realized they were an imposter and I did not complete the application. However, they charged my credit card $115 saying I accepted their services for form and for them registering me with the US Embassy in Jamaica. I did not receive any of these services. I am warning others not to be scammed by this company. Now the credit card via Fifth Third Bank doesn't want to reverse the charge; I believe they are complicit in perpetuating fraud in this country against poor people.
