Having the same type of call

Different people have been calling, different numbers, same type of calls; last week they called my sister, trying to reach me; they leave a "file/case" number and say "it's very important we hear back from you", but it's from "the offices of Johnson and Whitener"; yesterday I received a call from "International Couriers", informing me they were hired by them to deliver paperwork to an address I haven't lived in, since 2019 and that they need positive ID from me; they'll also try to reach my place of employment or the county of my residence; same story, as reported by others, here and that I should call this same number, 844-517-2083; I can't find any information on Johnson Whitener, even by trying out all kinds of different spellings

Harassment calls, lies

I've been getting multiple calls from JW and associates indicating they are a mediation service (huh) my family has also been getting calls asking if they are me. Then do they know how to contact me because I put them down as a contact lol. I still have no idea what they are even calling about they have never indicated this. Today I get a message from a stumbling confused man saying he is a hired courier who will be coming to serve me papers I need to sign for and show my ID in 2 days 🤔. If I'm not home then the sheriff will serve me at home or work.. wth stupid crap is that. But then I can call the company that hired him for any questions at 844-517-2083. What a joke. Not to mention if I'm going to be served papers they would have to be filed with the court and they are not and this only takes a second to check. They need to be prosecuted for their tactics

So persistent

I have gotten voicemails, and a call about the delivery of a certified letter, which seems crazy to get a heads up on. They even left a message on my daughter’s phone (while is on the same cell service as me). I’m appalled at their aggressive fear tactics.

I think its fraud

I get a voicemail and it says they are going to deliver a certified letter to my address and I have to sign for it on Thursday at that. The company Jacob White and Associates hired International Couriers Mission to deliver the certified mail. Seems fishy to me as usually if they are sending certified mail they don't let you know first.

Harassing Scammers BEWARE

I had the same experience as the person above. I received a voicemail from Holly Jones and I returned the call. Somewhere along the line Holly Jones changed her name to Helen White when giving me her contact information. Red Flag. She also could not give me any information regarding the debt owed. Any information she was able to provide was not anything I would have used (names, address, employment) for the timeframe she was suggesting. However at the time I was terrified because she said I could settle or pay thousands of dollars. I set up a payment on a credit card which got flagged for fraud and now they are calling me and my family non stop threatening to send a courier with a certified letter. Now any company that’s legit would want to find out what happened with the payment and help you not threaten you. I checked their website by googling the phone number and it’s only been since 2023, so everything is pointing to scam. They aren’t even populated as a legit company. Beware!

Recieved a phone call from someone claiming to be a courier who couldnt deliver legal paperwork to me. They couldnt give me more information but told me to call another number. When i called this number, they told me who i was before i said anything. They told me there was a loan out in my name from a large time period. They couldnt give me an exact date. When i told them i had no knowledge, they told me the only way to prove it wasnt me was to get a police report from that time which was impossibke. They told me i could counter offer and when i said maybe thats something i could do (knowing this was not legitimate) they told me that now i couldnt counter. They initially explained that they couldnt tske my money but they were going to send me over to another company that could. Also not a real company. When i explained that if this was real, i would fight it, they began getting pushy and asking for money that day. She put me on hold for "approval" and i hung up. She immediately called me back and said she had approval from the company she claimed was suing me. When i blocked all numbers, they began calling family members.
