This group contacted my brother and said I had 2 days to get in touch with them. I called not knowing what the call was about. The lady on the phone stated they were taking me to court for $560 for a phone bill I owed. I stated I only have 2 phone companies I deal with Verizon & Sprint and both are paid up to date. She said this was from awhile ago. I asked what company and she stated she didn't know. Her company received it from another collection company. If I wanted to satisfy my account I could pay $167.36 via credit card or a debit card. When i asked if they can send me some information via email so that I can review and send a payment she stated that they will proceed with a civil judgement and garnish my check. I would have paid it if they could tell me who the original debtor was. The lady seem to get an attitude and stated we just going to garnish your check and hung up.
