I received a call from Jackson Litigation for VIP Loan Shop, stating that they were wanting to charge me with 3 types of charges; one being for attempted fraud. Stated the payday loan origination date was in 2010 & the checking account had been shut down. It's been almost 15 yrs ago, I have no proof or documents, cannot get in touch with VIP Loan Shop & have 24 hrs to get that figured out. States that 5 collection agencies have tried to send me letters (I've never received), the latest being just 48 days ago. Trying to find legal advice with no money is impossible, so here we are.
