The beginning of 2023 I received a call from J-G Travel (Monica Santos) asked me if I was interested in selling my Timeshare that I own in Mexico. I said yes. I asked me Mrs. Santos did I have to come out of pocket she stated no. Mrs. Santos put me in touch with ERS Title Company (Jack Boswell & James Miller) who provided me with a contract. During my conversation with ERS I asked do I have to come out of pocket…I was told no. Not long after signing the contract I received my first of many addendum and internation wire transfer documentation requesting money. The first one came around July 2023 time frame I reached out to Mrs. Santos and told her I don’t have $3600 for foreign registration I just went back to work after beginning unemployed for two years due to COVID-19. I asked could I cancel the transaction and next thing I know I’m getting bullied and threaten by both companies for breach of contract. I asked again to both companies (Mrs. Santos & Jack Boswell & James Miller) I’m not sure which one I spoke to. I asked will this be the only payment both companies said yes (Mrs. Santos & Jack Boswell & James Miller). Not long after paying the $3600, I received my second addendum and wire transfer around Sept 2023 requesting that I pay $5616 for closing & administration, the third one for $4920.00 for SRE permit, the fourth one for $7440.00 for immovable property tax, fifth on Feb 23, 2024 for $14880.00 for IVA tax (I told both companies I couldn’t pay this both companies told me to take out a loan or they will sued me and this time they sent me a very threatening letter) so I borrowed the money then here comes another request and that was paid sixth on April 5, 2024 for $6104.29 for remittance of funds and the seventh on April 23, 2024 for $13,590.00 free and clear…I have not paid this I don’t have money. My house is in foreclosure because of this transaction. Now and I’m constantly being harassed and threatened for not making the last payment. I've been told I will not get my $42,950.29 because of breach of contract.
