I’ve recently made an order online which was a planner I was told I would get a tracking number right after a few minutes of me purchasing the item. Yesterday I sent them an email stating the fact that I did not get the tracking number till now and asked when I would get it or even my package. Fast forward to today still waiting on the number and no other contact what so ever I even put down my number just in case. It feels like the business took my money and dipped.

This site is selling counter fit items and using the original product ads illegally. The item bought is the dailee planner- which I now know is only sold at thedailee.com. The original product owner confirmed they are taking legal action against ivyever for stealing their ad content and post it as their own on their counterfeit products. Ivyever has not responded to emails. I have disputed the charge with my bank as fraud.

I made an online purchase for some fishing tackle advent calendars for my husband and 3 sons and never received the items purchased. They sent me a fake tracking number that never updated in over 25 days and the only way to contact the company is by email, which they do not respond!

The ad stated the planner was a Dailee Planner with daily block time pages and was authentic. It was not like the video ad and is missing 2/3 of the pages

I bought a planner from an Ad on Facebook from Ivyever.com. I received an paid invoice with fake tracking number. The customer service is a fake. I have never received the product.

I placed an order early December 2023, got a shipping notification on December 19, 2023, tried to watch the tracking but the item never was delivered. I have emailed the company at least 4 times asking for a refund which they said they would do but never happened. I have emailed a few more times asking about the refund but get no response.

I also saw an ad on Instagram for a Taylor Swift 2024 calendar. I clicked on the ad and ordered the calendar as a Christmas gift using my personal credit card. I never received the calendar. Tracking info was provided and it updates every few days and just says the package is in transit but no location details. Questions to the email address provided have not been answered. I should have googled the website beforehand as there are various reports that this website is a scam.

They are marketing and advertising their products on Facebook. So, I purchased an item that had no expected delivery date and right after I purchased, multiple charges were suddenly taken out of my account for different purchases I did not make. This is a scam website and many others are saying the same. Please investigate. There is no contact information on their website and their website has lots of mistakes all over it.
