I ordered a necklace from an ad I saw on Facebook and instagram. Paid $40 plus protection on the package. Within a couple of days I got an email saying the package is taking longer than expected. A couple days after that I got an email saying the necklace that I ordered may be damaged. I have still yet to receive a package or a refund.

Purchased jewelry order and track number received. After two weeks of item not receive. Contacted Ivy Hearts and was told they had a delay in shipping holiday products. Two weeks more and no product received I contacted seller again with no response.

Adds on Instagram and FB. Went to their website and order piece of jewelry. Received order confirmation email, but then nothing else. Never got shipping email. Sent web form through their "contact us" section and no response. When I input the order number on their website it says "could not find order. I then stumbled upon reviews from https://www.trustpilot.com/review/ivyhearts.com and many show exact same scenario as me.
