Order was placed online on 4/15 for two dresses. Only one dress was received. It looked nothing like the picture and smelled like cigarette smoke. Company contacted on 4/26 and said the dress was still abroad. Emailed yesterday and all they said was I’m sorry and that I would not be getting any refunds because I used a discount code. Which I did and missed reading in the refund policy. Both dresses were $70.00. Used a coupon code for $10.50. Paid $59.50. Attempted to leave a review on the website and they block bad reviews and only let good ones stay ie. only 7 reviews with all 5 stars.

This business advertises their products with a promotional code on Facebook and their website. They claim to be based in the United States. When you go to place an order, the promotional code is automatically applied to your order. It is advertised that the clothing items run, true to the size chart, which is not true. It is also advertised that they are made of a particular fabric content, which the content and pattern of the fabric are a much lower quality in person. They also advertise a quote 100% moneyback guarantee.” so you order the items and receive a very low quality item that is poorly constructed and does not fit and you email them to process the return. And they claim that the item is considered final sale by using a promotional code when you order and that no returns will be accepted. I have made multiple attempts to process a return within the 30 day return window. This business is nothing but a scam.
