I placed an order via website May 6th. When I received the order, it was not at all what I was looking for. Return instructions said to send a return email and wait for approval to return. Never received an email or a return to address. I've sent 4-5 requests and they responded yesterday with instruction on HOW TO ASSEMBLE the product. I specifically stated I want to return the item and get my money back.

I ordered an electric Snow Shovel on Dec 30, 2025 and it’s January 23, 2026 and still not received the item. They mentioned I would receive the item 1-3 days. I cannot track my shipping and customer support does not respond. They have bad reviews on Facebook from other people.

I saw the ads on Facebook for an electric shovel, but did not order directly from fb website. Went directly to their website and placed an order. Their tracking system was weird, and after more searching, I felt uncomfortable with the whole process. Will be filing a complaint with my bank for fraud.

On April 7, 2024 I ordered a "3-in-1" grass trimmer from this site, plus additional trimmer heads. All reviews on this site were excellent for this tool.

After payment was made with credit card, I asked for this order to be tracked via the "Shop App" and it is in the Shop App that I found 100s of very bad reviews for this "tool" main complaints were in order of top complaint being number 1

1) Product does not work at all when delivered, is useless and cannot be modified / fixed to make it work as advertised.

2) Order never arrives

3) Instructions for assembling are not readable, and appear to be missing necessary steps

4) Trying to return the defective tool is not allowed to be shipped back at the company's charge, customer has to pay *substantial* (exorbitant) cost to ship the useless, broken defective tool back to the company. This then causes these customers are left with having to figure out how to dispose of this item which can cost them even more money to recycle.

My response again today to their reply where they ignored/refused to comply with my request to cancel this order since it hasn't even shipped yet after almost 3 weeks of waiting ::

I want this order canceled after reading almost 100 recent reviews on this product from Shop app. Funny these reviews were not viewable on the broader internet when I was investigating this product prior to ordering.

I do not want this product since all recent reviews state this tool is worthless.

Since you have not even shipped this yet, there is no reason why you cannot cancel this shipment and refund the charge to my credit card.

I have given you ample time to cancel this shipment and refund me, I will be contacting an attorney for a Class Action Lawsuit since your company is knowingly shipping a defective product and then forcing customers to pay exorbitant shipping fees to return this useless tool.</[email protected]></[email protected]>

The chainsaw that Iordered appears used as it is greasy/oily to the touch and the manual is also soaked in oil.

The product is defective as the chain will not engage even after adjusting the screw to it's fullest.

The product interior packaging did not appear to be in factory-new condition. It looked to be used and returned by someone else.

The product quality is sub-par and over-priced when compared to other similar products. Attachments look flimsy and unsafe. The instruction manual is not translated into English correctly, has bad syntax and is not understandable.

Idid send pictures of the product to IToolMax as per their return policy. a m not satisfied with this product.

Iwas well within the 30 day return policy.

iToolMax is not being honest with their explanation of the situation and with my email trail in

compliance with their requirements, as Ihave complied with all of their return requirements.

I have not yet returned the product as IToolMax has not sent me an RMA#
