On Saturday, August 18, 2018, at noon, a Hispanic man that looked to be in his 30's, came to my front door and he asked me, "if he could cut my yard?" I asked him, "to go aound the back yard to see the entire yard and come back and give me a quote." He did and he said, "he would do it for $60.00." I said, "OK, but, I only have $14.00 right now. I can't get the rest of the money until Monday when the bank opens and I will hold on to the money until you cut the yard " He said, "no, I need the money to get gas and oil for the weed eater and I will start down the street and come this way." I gave him the money and I said, "OK." Then, a White man and a Black man. and 2 Hispanic men got out of the black pick up that the Hispanic man got out of, came on my side walk. I wondered, why did the men get out of the black pick up? Then, I said, "I know someone that might give you some work," and I gave him the name of the person and their phone number. The men left and they never have come back to cut the yard. Today is Tuesday, August 22, 2018.
