Kiara does not make her own dresses. She out sources them to China. Bridemaids dresses came in and were not made correctly. She tried to charge extra to have them corrected, even though that was her/her "teams" fault. She refuses refunds if you try to cancel an order.

She quoted one price for a wedding dress then tried to make a completely different dress than what was promised. She asked for more money to make the correct dress after the original price was paid off. When asked for a refund she stopped responding until she was reached through other pages. She then refused to continue communicating or refund money.
