Did a modification with my mortgage company Wells Fargo in 2016. Wells Fargo did not tell us they give send modification information to third parties or that HUD has third party companies servicing our account. My husband and I are trying to sell our home. A week after asking for a payoff, we receive a letter in the mail from Novad Consulting stating that to continue to make our primary mortgage payment but they are the servicer for the second mortgage. I never knew we had a second mortgage! Then, shortly after that, I receive another letter from ISN Corporation stating that they're our new servicing provider but to continue making our primary mortgage payment. Where in the hell did all this second mortgage crap come from?! Wells Fargo lied to us. They're in on the scam with these companies. Future advice, NEVER have a home mortgage with Wells Fargo and get a modification. They're both scammers. Now we can't get in touch with NO ONE at Novad or ISN Corp. I wonder how many more people are going through this. We are in limbo trying to sell our home because these companies won't answer the phone and Wells Fargo talks in circles like they have robots working in customer service. I will contact my state attorney general to see if they can help us!

I also received a letter from Isn, stating that I was to make payments to them. However, prior to that letter, I received 2 letters from a company called NOVAD. These letters were notifications that Isn would start servicing our mortgage on 10/9/21. Funny, our house has been paid off for several years & we never had a reverse mtge. My question: wouldn't NOVAD have to be involved in this scam, also?

Letter by mail, Stating my mortgage was bought out by ISN Corportation and I needed starting in October 2021 to make my payments to them (ISN), So I immediately contacted my current Mortgage company, which tells me this is not true and no payments should be made to this company only my company PHH. But this is concerning because some senior citizens or even a first time home buyer not aware of the the system could make this mistake. so I was wanting to file a complaint, which my mortgage company stated to contact Attorney General's office in my state also. I do not want to place the letter into the image do this letter has my address on this.

My husband and I have been receiving a letter from Information Systems & Networks Corporation (ISN) stating "as a contractor for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), will start servicing your mortgage on October 9, 2021.

We had a feeling this was a scam, so I went on the ScamPulse.com to search and could not find them. when I searched the company name the original company came up in MD. When i looked up the address they provided 2000 N Classen Blvd Suite 3200 Oklahoma City, OK 73106 it did not show their company name or their suite active. thank you.

I looked up ISN on this website and could not find them. Their website has a different address: 10411 Motor City Drive, Suite 700

Bethesda, MD 20817. I'm going to check with my bank that I send my mortgage money to.
