Identifying themselves as the IRS of the federal government in regards to a lawsuit if I don't respond immediately. The number they gave me to respond was the same one that showed on my caller ID 201 - 762 - 1100.

I received a call from Richard Harris stating he was with the IRS and that I owed $5200 from my 2013 taxes. He provided a claim number #CF79621. I asked him what the social security number was for the person he was contacting and he would not tell me. So I knew it was a scam.
