I was contacted by these people and told there were 4 warrants to be issued for my arrest if i did not pay 3700 dollors in tax penalties,i explained that i did not owe the irs any money and if they could give me there name of contact i would have my attorney get in touch with them and resolve thus issue.They then said they weregoing to go ahead with the warrants and the cops would be here to arrest me shortly,i then replyed where he could kiss me and hung up on him.

Contacted on personal cell phone by male indicating he was with i.r.s. threatening "criminal arrest" was imminent for me for " tax evasion"...I would be arrested within 24-48 hours. Number call came from was (202) 241-0209 Washington d.c. on caller identification. These calls are 5 times per week.

Voicemail left on my cell phone that I needed to call the "I.R.S." because I am in default of tax owed. This is "officially" my final notice. They are going to file a lawsuit against me unless I call immediately.

I am to call 1-970-306-3289 immediately.

This was a computer-voice voicemail.

This is the first time that a computer generated call actually left a voicemail.

I will not be calling this number. If you want me to forward this call to you, please let me know.

2 calls, same voice, live person. Said from I.R.S. and used words such as urgent need to contact or face Federal Court house. Also used words of jail along with fines/penalties.

Second call was nearly identical to first only from different number

520-210-7129. Believe it was same caller by voice.

11:00am first call - 2:56pm second call.

Recorded message: This is the I.R.S. and you are required to call (731) 780-4982 in order to get information about moneys that you owe the I.R.S.

I called the number and got an India sounding lady telling me that she is from Washington. I asked her if she really was from Washington and she immediately hung up on me.

The second time I called I got an India sounding man and he said he was from the I.R.S. I asked him if he was really from the IRS and he responded with " I am your mother." I said OK and then he responded with " You're a mother[censored]er." Then he hung up.

When I returned the call and questioned what it was in regards to...the person hung up the phone on me...and this happened on 2 different occasions within 10 minutes of one another.
