I ordered a pair of tights. I changed my mind and reached out immediately to cancel order. I received two emails. One email acknowledging receipt of cancellation, 2nd email accepting cancellation and refund request. I was told that I would receive a confirmation for the refund. It never arrived. One month later I still have not received a refund. I have placed a complaint with the FTC. I have emailed twice since receiving the last email regarding the refund and have not received a response.

I ordered leggings from ionix labs, received tracking number and no movement since August 11. Ordered July 25, sent email back and forth, still nothing.
