The website offered a detailed video, detailed description, and visual photos and their guaranteed return policy of their merchandise but actually shipped an inferior product of lesser quality. The typical "Bait and Switch Tactics". Upon requesting a return authorization this company resorts to numerous emails demanding pictures and haggling to offer a minimal monetary amount for your dissatisfaction. It takes several emails before being issued a return address and it's usually some warehouse located in remote areas in China where you will incur additional fees such as tax and duties cost.
