I purchased an item from this company. It never arrived. They provided tracking information that was false. When pressed, they said I should check with my carrier, which I did. They said that the tracking number provided was not a USPS number, or any carrier number they could identify. The company refused to send another item or refund me. They insisted the item was delivered.

Purchased a coffee mug depicted to have hardware attached. Mug showed shipping from Spain then delivered with a Texas address. The mug was a cheap mug with a sticker attached instead of the mug in the pictures on the website. Site will not allow negative reviews on their products. All products show a 5 star review. Site is listed as a scam on trustpilot and other sites that track website honesty.

Scammer used ads via Instagram to promote product. Product and video used was taken from a verified account without their knowledge. After researching, I found the actual vendor who makes the product and others in the comment section have also experienced this scam
