The Institute of Surveys is running a scam from their Facebook page claiming that you can get a bag of free dog food from PetSmart, all you have to do to is take a brief survey and pay for shipping and handling by debit card or credit card. Then, within a day or two, the Institute of Surveys contacts you to let you know that the dog food you selected is out of stock, so they'll refund your account within 21 days. The problem is you never get the money back and you've given the scammer your debit/credit card information.

I reached out to PetSmart via Facebook to ask them if they are affiliated with the Institute of Surveys in anyway and they told me they are not.

They started showing up on Facebook in ads as a survey company a few weeks ago claiming high payout simple surveys. They claimed to payout through Stripe which is common enough but its not the Stripe payee authorization that it takes you to, its a Stripe ACH debit authorization form, with linked bank account straight through to them. The company website is quite literally copy and pasted paragraphs from legitimate survey sites such as Survey Junkie and DISQO. Its also displaying the ScamPulse.com and Trustpilot logos at the bottom of the page and is claiming to have done hundreds of surveys for Nike, Amazon, Facebook, etc. But no real information.
