Me too. I am working with a lawyer. But honestly I think the best thing we can do is get his social media taken down. That is his only way of recruiting. Please take the time to report him across all platforms.

He is doing the same thing to me. Can we team up to sue?

InstaHealthy is supposedly in the business of selling and distributing vending machines which provide “instant access to healthy choices.” InstaHealthy recruits investors online with false promises to “secure approved locations” for vendors to place purchased vending machines.

InstaHealthy’s business structure and practices are currently nothing more than a scam in which investors get no return on their investment. Through intentional misrepresentations and ommissions the owner, Ryan O'Keefe, entices investors with promises to secure the best locations and then fails to follow through. He has run the company into the ground, misappropriated investor funds and burned through employees.

Ryan O'Keefe is a con-artist, knowingly milking investors out of substantial sums of money with no intention of repaying these investments. He and his company are being sued by at least five people for breach of contract and/or fraud in San Diego County alone. DO NOT INVEST.
