I ordered from this shop back on 7/12/2023 and it was “shipped” 8/7/2023. Tracking has not been updated since it was shipped and according to tracking, USPS has not received this package yet. I reached out to this business on 8/27/2023 asking for an update, they instructed me to send a message to their Instagram account (linked in scam complaint) and I have yet to hear back/they have not read the message.

I believe that the company stole intellectual property-that they used a photo of a high end item and represented it as their own product. I have contacted them and PayPal several times disputing the matter. They sent the wrong size and the item is of inferior quality (pants). They have repeatedly said that they can ship another pair but they are not responding to my request for a refund or a prepaid shipping label to return the pants I received. Shortly after this purchase, there was an attempted hack on my credit card. I had to close that account and reopen a new one. The pants I received were shipped by a company named Jane, From address 371 Little Falls Rd STE 4, Cedar Grove, NJ 07009.

Scammer will offer you a job based on a "test" he performs. Thereafter, he indicates that you will need to set up an office in your home and that he would provide funds for this purpose. He provided bogus checks that I deposited, wire info, had me cashed out 9,000 and purchase bitcoin. He will string you along and tell you that you will be provided all of your funds upon completion of set up. Even indicates you will receive a 1,000 sign on bonus.

the scammer found a mutual friend on instagram. she used my friends instagram pic and name to get to me. I honestly thought i was talking to my friend. she was acting like she was my instagram friend, she convinced me to give this susan person a call to get a gov't grant. susan asked for $1000 to get the grant. When i said no she convinced me that she will pay my credit cards to give her 1000 for the grant. I even got 7200 in my checking account, then it was withdrawn at that point i realized it was a scam.

They are supposedly a non profit organization for animal search and rescue. Lost pets. Thry say the service is free but they charge for the tracking tool. Its a scam because they wont acutally provide a service, once they receive the $100 you wont hear from them again. So when I realized it was a scam after payment I said nevermind my dog has been found you can zelle me the money back I dont require your services so that they didnt catch on to me knowing its a scam. But they will read your message and will never reply.

I lost my cat and when it happened i posted online to help find her then someone gave me a recommended website to use to help find my cat and it was 159.to do it but thry said for me 50 dollars but they i got a email from zelle because the company said they needed to refund me because they couldnt find my cat but when they tried zelle said they use a buisness account so i had to upgrade my account to fix and get my refund but then my bank said they made an mistake and i needed 300 more then then 300 for first time after that the person got 650 somepoint in the day theynsaid theynwill refund me the money but insted late at 11pm they said they found myncat and took in to get it fixed but after that they needed 100 for medical bills and i used zelle and cashapp tonsend the money but today they gave me the address for the hospital which is true because i called the hospital and they did have a appointment up their but the name they used changed the 4th or 5th time science 2 days ago and i lost 800 dollars from a gut on instagram and cashapp besides my bank got blocked and now getting threat by when theynwas suspose to give my cat to me they got in a accident and ended up 2 dead dont know about cat and they tried to ask me for200 from my account to save their lives and i said no because their death is their problem plus they said i guess u dont cate about people lives but anyway i did not give them the money but i think they have my info the hospital info my phone and house number maby plus their in the hospital

The person said they needed $238 for a delivery fee, and then showed a picture of my house, asked if it was mine, and then said this “You’ll need to activate for your documentation and stamped clearance fee which is $267 so they can bring the money to you 4hrs after you make your payment.” I told them I didn’t have it.

Isles Shabnae, stated on Facebook that she was traveling from Atlanta to coming home to Youngstown to do Hair so book a appointment for my daughter and that it was a $100 deposit up front upon booking appointment, that included Products and Any styles of her choice. Deposit was paid on Tuesday and appointment was on Friday at 5 pm, Thursday I asked for location where the appointment will be done . and Friday stated that she was having bad business, I offer to use my home and she said that she would send me $100 back because she left Youngstown to go back to Atlanta. Shaba still hasn’t responded or still hasn’t sent $100.

They followed me and they were an online selling platform. Good prices, seemed legit, offered proof, and it was a human talking to me. The seller never shipped my item after numerous amounts of time reached out. Finally i asked for a refund and the account blocked me.

Vintage.by.Tommy on Instagram is scamming people on his mystery boxes. He is not even sending them and I have people who say they never got their box and they contacted me (someone who is in the vintage community and is respected there) about it. I'm reaching out on behalf of about a dozen of people who never got their mystery box, and some of the ones that did...didn't get the right size or it was the wrong items entirely (ex: ordering a vintage box and getting current clothing, it's like ordering an apple and getting an orange!) Tommy Widgery, aka Vintage by Tommy has 44,000 followers so many people buy from him but they use cashapp and Paypal and are not protected. He blocks people when they ask too many questions and for some people he never got their packages sent out some for months and months. I have a co-worker **** ******* who never received his hundred dollar box. This is quite the level of scamming going on and needs to be investigated/take his accounts down. I've reached out to him and he is claiming an injury is "slowing him down" but that was recent and would not explain his behavior going back into 2022 and even further before that. Please help!

This company advertised clothing on Instagram. I bought a tshirt, and received confirmation a day later that the order would be on it's way soon. That was 6/20. After not receiving an update for a week, I inquired about the wait time. No response. I have inquired 3 separate times since to no avail. They have not communicated with me whatsoever. Their instagram seem to have since been deleted.

I followed a body building social media page that creates their own gym clothing. The page has 11,000 followers and seemed legitimate. I ordered several items and after two months nothing was received and no one will respond to my messages. They continuously post that they are running specials and sales to entice you to order. They post daily on their instagram but will not respond to all of the people wondering where their items are.

He said he was a forex trader investment company. He would lie about the amount of money i had to pay to receive my investment. Had me pay 3 different fees and i never received anything. Now he saying i have to pay 150 to get a refund.

Ordered a Garmin watch on the 3rd of June supposedly on sale from Bed, Bath & Beyond off of Instagram site. After a couple of weeks contacted [email protected] for tracking update. They Emailed me back asking for order number and my email address and they never got back to me. Tried tracking the order number to no avail.
