I have been following @erastour_resell_tickets on instagram for quite a while. Other had vouched for the legality of the account. A post was recently made for $900 for 3 tickets to an eras tour Taylor swift concert on 11/2/24. Tickets section 242 row 4. I agreed and began to try and transfer the $900. I initially transferred the $900 from my checking to PayPal. When attempting to transfer I was getting failed messages. I contacted PayPal and there were secure flags since it was abnormal activity for me and a large amount of money. The person behind the instagram account wanted me to try a different form of payment but I’d have to pay $15 to transfer the money immediately back to my checking. They said they’d deduct the $15 from the ticket price. I then tried Venmo but had the same issues since PayPal owns Venmo. I was able to successfully do a test send of $5 to @delores98 (Delores Armstrong). We attempted Apple Pay to phone number +1 346-234-5555 but that wouldn’t work. They gave me several email addresses or electronic accounts to try. I don’t have all of them

Since this person deleted the messages they sent me in instagram. But I’m sure instagram has them. They have also since deleted all content on their instagram page but the page is still up. I have reported it. This is the email I was given when the $870 went through [email protected]. They confirmed the payment was received. I was also given [email protected] and [email protected]. Again there were more but that’s what I have record of without instagrams involvement. Payment was transferred Wednesday. I was told the ticket transfer would happen soon. It never did. I was strung along. I asked for my money back and was told not to worry, my tickets were secure since the middle man seller had the bar codes of the tickets. I was given little to no information until today/friday 1/26 I noticed the instagram account had deleted all content on their page and all messages they’d sent me. They’d disappeared. I do have several photos or screen grabs of the account information, payment confirmation and tickets promised. Happy to help provide anything that will be helpful in me getting my money back.

Item was video as easy, strong to apply. Item is not like that at all. Followed all advise on their site as well as you tube videos. Still does not reflect advertised video

On Instagram an add pop out with a good sale it made sense to me because Chrismas. Just passed and they were selling overstock so i made a purchase for a power booster amd they would send you ome free with purchase. Never heard from them never got confirmation from them and when i called my credit card they said we jad to wait for the transaction to go thru before we could file a dispute. Well that makes no sende it's a fake company and they will be gone by the time we fille

They were posing as a board game store that was discounting a large selection of their games. They lead the viewer to believe they are going out of business or need to make room by having a large sale. This was an official looking ad on Instagram with a shop now link. I followed the link and it brought me to a really real looking website with a huge selection of games you could search by name and scroll through lists. They had an add to cart feature and all kinds of legitimate looking checkout procedures to go through. I was worried when I didn't receive a confirmation email, but I just thought to give them a few days because maybe the order needed to be processed before the transaction could occur. A few days later I am charged by a Rikim Inc from Denver Colorado and I assume it's the game company. I didn't think to remember the name because it would be in a confirmation email. I tried to look for the ad or the company again on Instagram and could not find it anywhere. Just today I searched the company name that charged me and see all kinds of scam alerts. I feel like an [censored].

The scammers page information is Instagram @gianaswigss . She posted an ad about needing brand ambassadors so I inquired asking for more information. She stated to become a brand ambassador for her business she need a one time fee of $50 and then I would be able to get started . After sending the $50 she then states that there is another fee of $60 that she needs in order to send the product. After stating that I was not aware of this fee and that I would no longer be interested in proceeding , I asked for a refund in which she stated is now non refundable . I asked her why she didn’t state that before asking me to send $50 instead of making me send it first then bringing up another fee . She ignored my request and now I don’t have the product or my money .

This phone number is being used to scam people , making a deposit to a service in order to book without actually booking anything. Paying for booking.

As I'm scrolling through Instagram I clicked on the scammer, and she instantly started informing me of her "business". I even got a picture of her certificate. She started asking for $300 at first to start the investing. Then within 3 hours the stock went up. She stated that we had to pay a fee of $999 to "receive" our share. And then she asked for more money, around $850 for another fee. After all of that she said our stock went up to $200,000 and asked for another $3,000 for the government taxes. She asked for information from me and my dad. Luckily, I was very vague, but we ended it once she asked for the government taxes knowing it was a full scam. I asked around and apparently it happened to a couple of people in our area with the same scammer.

I PLACED AN ORDER THRU INSTAGRAM FOR 3-WICK CANDLES FROM BATH AND BODY WORKS FOR A TOTAL OF $28.80 AND WHEN I DIDN'T RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION IN MY EMAIL, I CONTACTED BATH AND BODY WORKS WHO ASSURED ME I HAD NO ORDER WITH THEM FOR THE CANDLES AND IN FACT THERE WAS NO RECORD OF AN ORDER EVEN BEING PLACED WITH THEM

Her name is megan russell i found her on intsagram. She gave offer to invest 150$ and she gonna gave 25% means 5500$. When i invest with her she start ed saying pay this amount that amount make withdrawl. I invested with her in november but still she did not pay me back. I have all proof of payment and chat. This way she did scam with me. She is scammer and i want my money back from her . Please help me to get my funds back.

Was an advertisement for Lane Bryant Warehouse and products were advertised $3 and up. Merchandise was Christmas, so last season, so I believed the sale. Was given a tracking number from China but nothing ever arrived.

I had placed an order with Natures Candy nyc llc via instagram. At the time she said her website was down. I sent her 97.98 via cash app. And she never sent me my products. I have messages, emails and screenshots of the run around she gave me. And still till this day 1/14/24 she hasn’t gave me a refund or sent me my products. She has now rebranded and changed her company name and still trying to sell products.

Was offered a job posting real estate listings, for 500 a week. Then after 1 week and 3 postings, the offer was upped to 2000 for continued work. The scammer then asked for 150$ to transfer 2000$ to me, at which time I broke contact and began reporting here

Ad on Instagram for Jewelry Armoire with Full Length Mirror 360° Swivel, 3-Color LED lights, Rear Storage Shelves, Lockable Standing Jewelry Cabinet Organizer with Large Storage Capacity from company Christmas Central. I placed the order on 12/17/23 and was told it would be delivered by 12/23/23. Never received product, and when I clicked on the order details link from the email confirmation, it said the shop was closed. No phone number to call, just an email address of [email protected] which I looked up and found out it's a scam. Charge to my CC was listed as DGTRESTTIMEGO Singapore for $40.24. Original amount in confirmation was $19.99 for product, plus $15.00 for shipping.

I saw an ad on Instagram. I bought 4 remote control cars that are supposed to drive on the wall and ceiling. The cars arrived broken and extremely cheap. They do not work on the walls or ceiling. I emailed the customer support back and forth. They wanted pictures and I sent them immediately. They then said they would give me credit for their website. I replied with a picture from their website which said they would refund your money back if you were dissatisfied with the product. I said I wanted my money back. They will not respond to any emails.

I ordered from Robert Love on IG supplements of Lions Mane and Aniracetam. I payed $350 as it was supposed to be really good and special for preventing Alzheimers. A week later I get request from the shipping company QWKLogistics that my package was held up at Maricopa County Sheriffs office as it was illegal psychedelics and I needed to pay $400 to email [email protected]. It actually turned out to be $416.99 as it was changed into Euros!. Robert Love kept pleading with me to pay the $400 and he would reimburse me on the weekend when he has funds again. He also claimed that he never had any issues with the company and yes, of course it was illegal psychedelics. Upon asking why I was not informed as I do not use psychedelics I never got an answer. At some point many hrs of communicating w Robert Love on IG i received an email from the OWKLogistic company that they wanted me to pay $400 to another email as the first one was too difficult to get the money out! Robert Love kept on pleading to please help me as he had payed for other customers and had no more funds left to pay for mine! Now he knew it happened before, and he got nasty, that if I do no help, I end up with years in jail as I after all ordered illegal psychedelics! At that point I refused to pay any further money.(I have screenshots of most of the conversation as he deleted the old account and I have chat and email with OWKLogistics that they refunded me the $400, which they did, insisting that I needed to pay it to another personal account via paypal friends and family (found out its difficult to get money back using friends and family). He was all day harassing me and the OWKLogistic as well, now with a special supervisor for me to pay the money. I also called the Sheriffs department and they did not know anything and said that I needed to have a case number which I do not have. Its definitely a scam and I do not like that they sell or say they sell without disclosing it illegal psychedelics! Robert Love kept on promising that he would return all the money to me over the weekend. Having him caught in several lies, I do not believe that at all. I am out right now $350 a lot of heartache and hrs and hrs of dealing with them. I really feel they both need to be investigated.
