Never received product, and when I clicked on the order details link from the email confirmation, it said the shop was closed. No phone number to call, just an email address of [email protected] which I looked up and found out it's a scam. Charge to my CC was listed as DGTRESTTIMEGO Singapore for $40.24. I saw an ad on Instagram. I bought 4 remote control cars that are supposed to drive on the wall and ceiling. The cars arrived broken and extremely cheap. They do not work on the walls or ceiling. I emailed the customer support back and forth. They wanted pictures and I sent them immediately. They then said they would give me credit for their website. I replied with a picture from their website which said they would refund your money back if you were dissatisfied with the product. I said I wanted my money back. They will not respond to any emails.

I ordered from Robert Love on IG supplements of Lions Mane and Aniracetam. I payed $350 as it was supposed to be really good and special for preventing Alzheimers. A week later I get request from the shipping company QWKLogistics that my package was held up at Maricopa County Sheriffs office as it was illegal psychedelics and I needed to pay $400 to email [email protected]. It actually turned out to be $416.99 as it was changed into Euros!. Robert Love kept pleading with me to pay the $400 and he would reimburse me on the weekend when he has funds again. He also claimed that he never had any issues with the company and yes, of course it was illegal psychedelics. Upon asking why I was not informed as I do not use psychedelics I never got an answer. At some point many hrs of communicating w Robert Love on IG i received an email from the OWKLogistic company that they wanted me to pay $400 to another email as the first one was too difficult to get the money out! Robert Love kept on pleading to please help me as he had payed for other customers and had no more funds left to pay for mine! Now he knew it happened before, and he got nasty, that if I do no help, I end up with years in jail as I after all ordered illegal psychedelics! At that point I refused to pay any further money.(I have screenshots of most of the conversation as he deleted the old account and I have chat and email with OWKLogistics that they refunded me the $400, which they did, insisting that I needed to pay it to another personal account via paypal friends and family (found out its difficult to get money back using friends and family). He was all day harassing me and the OWKLogistic as well, now with a special supervisor for me to pay the money. I also called the Sheriffs department and they did not know anything and said that I needed to have a case number which I do not have. Its definitely a scam and I do not like that they sell or say they sell without disclosing it illegal psychedelics! Robert Love kept on promising that he would return all the money to me over the weekend. Having him caught in several lies, I do not believe that at all. I am out right now $350 a lot of heartache and hrs and hrs of dealing with them. I really feel they both need to be investigated.

Tyler Gill is a THIEF and scamming publicist who stole money from me without performing services.

He operates on Facebook and Instagram.

His page is Thrive Booking Group By Tyler Gill.

Tyler Gill was contracted to obtain on-air media opportunities that would support my brand.

I’ve been talking to other clients. Tyler Gill only gets them one feature (if that) then disappears, ignoring calls, emails, and text.

Tyler Gill is a shady individual who frequently changes his number so he cannot be found.

He stole money from me and so others.

- Douglasville, GA, USA

They was posting shoes and clothes as an online retail store. I then contacted them about purchasing some Dior slides. We went back and forth talking about how to purchase and agreed on Zelle. Then I sent $300 on Zelle with the bio as buying authenticate slides. He said that he would send the tracking number then the next day. However, the next day I was blocked and they took their number off Zelle. I then tried to contact them but they blocked me and would not respond.

I ordered a fresh juicer through an IG ad. I received numerous emails stating there was a delay in delivery. I have yet to receive my product or any response.

- Springville, CA, USA

I saw an ad for Amazx thinking this was the Amazon outlet. They promised a box of "items" that were returned to what I thought was Amazon. On Christmas Eve, I received a sealed box in a mystery box that contained some unknown earplugs with a charger. I contacted the company when I discovered that the company was bogus asking to cancel my order. They said I couldn't. They said the "items" will be sent individually over time. When I told them I thought they were a fraud, they offered me a "discount" of 15%. When I said no, they offered me 25%. That's when I decided to report them as fraud.

The "company" used an amazon looking logo in their ad with a video of a warehouse of "returned" items. Each item they presented was an actual named brand item and the box was supposed to be a "large" box with many returned items. I was taken, and I hope nobody else will be taken.

I had a 4wheeler stolen so i put it on Facebook. Several posted this link & said they had the same experience & these people helped them. I contacted them & they said $153 so i figured why not since my item is valued at >5,000. I paid then they sent me to another person wo said their service would be $332. I paid that then they wanted another $153 for the tow truck driver to deliver to me. I realized it was a scam so did not pay the $153 extra.

Craig Allen scammed me, Kamran ********, out of $200, and scammed my friend Anthony ******** out of $1,600.

I, Kamran *********, along with Anthony *********, ordered four music videos from Craig Allen Films in hopes to turn our music hobbies into a profession. These four videos were to include filming, editing, and a two week delivery for the price of $1,400, which has not been delivered. Three payments were made. First $700, then another $700, and $200 made by Anthony *********. Then another $200 paid by Kamran ********. All communications were done through Instagram direct messaging between my account, azadimusic260, and Craig Allen’s account, craigallenfilms. All payments were made with Cashapp. I have screenshots of all of our communications.

Communications with Craig Allen began on June 8, 2023, when we inquired about an offer posted to his Instagram story of $250 for one music video, including filming and editing, with delivery date of 2 weeks after shoot. After negotiating travel fees and more, we agreed to send $1,400 for 4 music videos with the promised delivery date. If 1 music video would take 2 weeks to complete after filming, that would mean 4 videos would take a maximum of 2 months (2 weeks x 4 = 8 weeks) to be completed and sent to us. The first 2 music videos were shot on June 17, 2023. The second 2 music videos were shot on June 22, 2023. This was agreed upon because we initially reached out to Craig Allen from an offer he was advertising on his Instagram page, stating that he would film and edit 2 music videos for $600 dollars and would receive the 2 videos in 2 weeks. We agreed on $700 for travel. Unfortunately, I do not have screenshots of this, but there is ample evidence, which will be shown, that Craig Allen was well aware that he was ridiculously late. After the video shoot on June 22, 2023, we agreed to shoot one more music video the next day (June 23, 2023) for the price of $400. A deposit of $200 was sent for this.

On June 23, 2023, Craig Allen informed us that he could not meet that night because of personal reasons. Due to scheduling of upcoming travel plans, we could know longer shoot this video. We informed Craig Allen of this on June 29, 2023. Because we could no longer film this video, we asked for him to send back the deposit. Although Craig Allen has a no refund policy for his deposits, it would not apply to this situation because he had to reschedule just like us. Craig Allen informed us that he could send back the deposit in 3 weeks. Craig Allen has never sent back the deposit. It is also documented, based on times shown in the messages, that Craig Allen was late for both of the video shoot days.

The due date for the first 2 music videos was July 15, 2023. The due date for the second 2 music videos was July 20, 2023. After not getting back responses to 3 of our messages during the waiting time, Craig Allen finally responded on August 31, 2023, informing us that all 4 of the music videos would be delivered that upcoming weekend (August 2 & 3, 2023). Although late, we were okay with it at this time. The days he promised delivery passed, and we received no music videos.

On September 6, 2023, Craig Allen informed us to resend our songs because they had been corrupted on his end and he could not open them. This makes me believe that he had not been working on our videos the whole time. It is very important to note that Craig Allen Films continues to shoot with many new clients, frequently posting new offers and deals to shoot. He was accepting plenty of new customers, yet still had not fulfilled our order, while holding my $1,600.

On September 25, 2023, we asked Craig Allen what was going on. As expected, he did not respond after reading our messages. We then asked him if sending an extra $200 would make him deliver our videos soon. Of course, there is no reason we should have to pay him extra money to deliver, because they all should have been in our email inbox by July 20, 2023. We did this out of desperation, as we were losing credibility with potential investors for our music, given the fact we had told them that the videos would be done in early August. On this date of September 25, 2023, Craig Allen informed us that if we sent $200 now, he would have the videos done the next day. I sent him $200 through Cashapp with PNC bank, so he has already started a dispute to get his money back. September 26th passed and of course no music videos were delivered.

On October 2, 2023 we sent another message begging him to deliver. On October 6, 2023, we informed Craig Allen that if he did not get us the videos soon, we would chargeback all of the money we had sent him. He then responded saying that all of the videos would come on Sunday night, which is October 8, 2023. Of course, they never arrive. On October 10, 2023 we messaged Craig Allen saying that we will chargeback the money if he cannot at least send us 1 or 2 of the videos by the next day. Craig Allen responded saying that he will send them in the next few days. Of course, they never arrive. At this point, we decide that we will be charging back the whole $1,600 regardless of whether or not he ever sends the videos. We understood that even if he delivered the videos, they were over five months late from the promised date, the quality would not be up to par, and requesting revisions would be impossible. During this time, we could have reshot the videos with other directors, but we did not due to Craig Allen continuously giving us his word that he would deliver the videos while keeping my money.

More texts were sent and no reply was received. On November 2, 2023, we informed Craig Allen that we are done with waiting and will go to the bank for a chargeback. He replied, “They’ll all be to you in the next few days. My word.” Of course, a few days go by, and no music videos.

On November 7, 2023, more texts were sent with no reply from Craig Allen. Craig Allen then attempts to slander us on Instagram. He replies to a comment left by us on Instagram, informing us that one music video will be delivered that night, the 7th, and the other three will be delivered by November 23, 2023. Of course, the one video did not come that night, and the rest did not come on November 23, 2023.

On December 17, 2023, 2 out of 4 videos were delivered, and more false promises of the other two’s delivery were made. The quality of the first video was unacceptable and required many hours of editing them myself. On December 16, 2023, we texted him that we will get in contact with the many other people he has scammed to expose him on Instagram. He responded saying he does not care. He now has my Instagram account ********* blocked.

Regardless of if the other 2 are delivered, I need to have Craig Allen Films pay back my $1,600 for not delivering on his promised service, repeatedly lying, wasting our time and effort, ruining our credibility, and delaying the start of turning my hobby into something professional.

As proof, all of the screenshots of our interactions can be seen. I also have additional statements of many other victims of his scam. He is a known scammer and pathological liar. He accepts way too many orders, keeps the money, and does not deliver till months later with terrible quality.

Add on Instagram for a special discount for the holidays. Website appear to be HOKA. I never received an email confirmation from HOKA, and there was a debit to my account for the amount, $7 9.99, for a company called Theo Duo Leggins LLC. I reported the fraud to my bank while the transaction was still pending, and they will reverse the charge and do their own investigation.
