After failing to come through on my puppy delivery on several different occasions, I asked for a refund. I was told that the $150 deposit was not refundable, but I would receive $200 for my puppies airline ticket. Despite reaching out several times through text and phone call I have not heard anything from the company, and they still have all of my money.
