On instagram I got an add with a product claiming to be able to analyze your profile and can give you insights on who is viewing your profile. I decided that it was worth a shot in seeing what the subscription had to offer since I could get it in a 1 dollar trial for three days. After purchasing the trial I then looked at the features and was extremely dissatisfied with the features and the marketing lied and gave me a few links to articles that I could have just looked up on my own so I decided to cancel the subscription. Unfortunately the plans section on the site when looking at the plans to attempt to cancel the trial before the three days was a loading screen and I could not cancel my subscription. I the. Contacted customer service and they told me that I could just cancel it through their “app” and gave me a link back to their website which I was met with the loading screen again. I then looked for the app on the IOS store and could not find the app. When trying to click around out of frustration I accidentally clicked one of the other plans and was instantly charged 28.99 without my consent or verification through Apple Pay. I am now trying to dispute my charges and put a pay block on this malicious company to prevent further charges. I really hope someone can put this scheme to an end. Thank you.
