Package delivered to our home address. Packaged addressed to our last name only. Package was random collection of phone charger ports. Did not order package. Looked up company online and called number from google. Company showed no record of the package but tried to get me to verify personal information. Same day 2 fake charges on our visa listed as “idu insight” totaling more than $500. Quick google search shows idu insight is a scam. Canceled card and bank refunded money and disputed charge. Now got a letter saying we owe this company the $500+ Or to send package back (fines its worth like $20 probably). But to send it back they want banking information to cover shipping? Yeah right. Complete scam and now we have this package we can pay to send back to this scammer or continue to get letters requesting money, or just send them our banking information (clearly the right choice, NOT).
