Type of a scam Online Purchase
After weeks of not receiving my items I initiated a follow up. They said it was on its way. I checked again later to be told it was delivered. They emailed me the “delivered address” which was my house address with my name and all my info I had provided upon purchasing merch. It makes me most concerned that this mystery person has my name and address.
I told them no deliveries were made. I work from home and we have a surveillance camera. Zero deliveries were made. I told them I wanted a refund and they said because they lost money they could only do 60% return. “It usually takes 15-25 business days to process and arrives at your account. However, in some cases it may take longer, depending on your bank or card issuer's processing time. Due to high transaction volume, our payment processor is also experiencing delays.”
I held onto hope this was all true. Of course now, I know this is all a scam and I worry about my personal information and hate that they stole $49.99 from me.
Please help shut them down so others can be spared this worry and headache.
