I was given a call by +1 (844) 686-2019 while I was looking for health insurance. I spoke to a woman named “Charming” who happened to charm me with affordable health insurance. She walked me step by step on how to get this insurance. Provided me with my co pays deductibles information in emails I was given as we were speaking on the phone. After everything was done and over with while I was about to pay I got a notification from my bank saying possible fraud but I was in need of health insurance and couldn’t pass this opportunity up so I ignored the warning. Once I paid the agent gave me this number 855-700-2395 to call for customer service. She also mentioned lots of scammers will be calling me after this and if they don’t provide me with this confirmation code they are a possible scammer. Which made them seem more legitimate. Once I read my emails about coverage I called back to double check if my therapist is covered and the person I spoke to said all therapist are covered other than psychiatrist. I began to realize nothing matched up with what Charming said to me and this other individual at customer service who gave me contradicting information. The emails I began to get from this company along with the website contradicted everything I was told on the phone and I realized I still don’t have health insurance.
