I was at the Queen Mary in Long Beach and I was attempting to purchase tickets for my kids to go on rides there and I was instructed by the employees to scan a QR code that took you to their ticketing website. After I used the QR code I started to input my bank card information to buy the tickets when a pop up screen showed up looking very similar to the ticketing screen but then forced me into another website entirely. I had no idea what was going on and figured the Queen Mary used a third party website for their ticketing and I input my bank card information. Later on I realized I had been scammed into signing up for a website called Inn2Flix. When I emailed the company and told them to refund my money they refused and even tried to make fun of me. This was in October. Fast forward to November and I just received another charge on my bank account from the same company and when I messaged their company once again I was taunted and told they were giving me a great opportunity and it was only $3 but that they would not be returning my money. I became irate and started belittling them to get a raise out of them and it worked they started sending inappropriate messages to my email so I flagged them and reported them as Spam, Phishing, and harassment. When I tried to turn them into the Better Business Bureau website their email and website could not be found. I really need someone to help me put a stop to this terrible company before they steal from someone else. Now I will need to cancel my bank card and have another one issued to me because of this mess. It’s so frustrating and upsetting.
