I placed an order with Dynamic Heat on Feb 3, 2026, for a NASTY NASIR Fitted Hat. The total amount paid was $67.48 USD. Due to production quality issues, the original batch was rejected, which delayed fulfillment. Dynamic Heat reached out with updates stating that production was completed on April 10, 2026, and shipments began arriving at their warehouse. In the latest update on May 1, 2026, the founder Gian confirmed that warehouse operations are active and your order should be shipped out very soon. I sent a follow-up inquiry on May 13, 2026, requesting further updates regarding the delivery status. I have not heard anything since May 1, 2026. I've attempted multiple emails and calling the number listed on the website, which is non-operational. No updates, no responses. It is now August 4, 2026. 6 months later.

Ordered two hats in February. It’s now June. Haven’t received anything but a “form email” after numerous inquiries. Extremely disappointing.
