I received a false IP infringement claim targeted at my Etsy shop that removed my listings. The claim stated that I was abusing "right of publicity: name, likeness, or image" for artist "Megan [censored]ey". The items were deactivated from my shop and I can no longer offer them for sale. This harms my small business.
