I ordered a multicolor six pack of ankle high compression socks. 3 weeks later. What arrived was nothing like the photo on their website. These were the very low no-show socks and extremely bright colors. Nothing like the pastel colors shown on their website. I sent an email with photos of what what was on their site versus what I received, requesting a return label and a refund. The response I just received was "We've moved to China. The shipping cost that you will be responsible for will be fairly high. We will offer you a 20% refund or a 50% gift card. Let us know how you would like to proceed." They never owned up for their mistake. This is a complete and total scam. Do not ever waste a dime purchasing from this company. I cannot say it strongly enough. What a letdown. SCAMMERS.
