My friend was trying to purchase a puppy because he recently lost his girl of 14 years. The initial purchase was $500 for the puppy $250 for transportation. Then he needed a $1500 for a special carrier that the puppy had to be shipped in. Then supposedly the puppy had to have some medical attention for another $450. The puppy was supposed to be delivered two weeks ago and he has yet to see a puppy. He continues to get correspondence asking for more money.
