I was approached by email. and it was about buying property 10 to 12 acres starting at 79,000. They say that it's a one day only sale going on June 24th. Wholesale pricing on prime real estate one hour from The Woodlands and College Station They're calling it The Ranches at Lone Star Ridge. They list another email where you can contact and it's LoneStarRidge.com. And there's another number they list as well. It's 1-866-648-2048. And they claim to be an affiliate of my. American land and lakes. They also mentioned doing quick cash sales and getting incentives for it. I'm kind of wondering if these are tied to the ones in Florida. They say they've been around for 20 years, but yet they have hardly any followers or any views or anything on their website. And it says the website was made up February 17th of this year.
