I had a skin problem, so I went to the mall to find a skin care specialist, when I showed them my skin, instead of providing a treatment they just offered me products cost $6000 CAD, and they saw how I was desperate so they take advantage of me not knowing about the procedure of getting the product.

They asked me to sign on an application after getting the product, to pay the amount back with 19.9% interest. I went home back and I read the application and I realized that the treatment was giving by the at the mall didn’t work, and there was no progress.

I had to go back and returned the products without opening it, now after all this, the company is asking me to pay them 10% even though the product was returned back.

They contacted the bank to take money from my account and I did blocked them.

Finally, I’m seeking your help as they keep calling me and I’m really being distracted with the bunch of calls and emails I’m receiving every other day.
