Merchandise was never shipped After contacting PayPal Seller agreed to ship but gave me a tracking number that 17tracker supposedly tracked. It said it was delivered, it was not. When trying to find who was to deliver, none of the company’s I contacted knew anything about it and did not recognize tracking number I was given. I have tried to contact company but so far no luck
