My son and I bought a gaming chair on January 5th from the website given earlier and we have not received our product, but the payment was taken out of my son's debit card. I have tried to contact the support line several times through email and they just keep waving me off. I'm not expecting to get a refund or even the product at this point. I would like everyone that shops online to know that this so called company is a scam and they need to be shut down, because no telling how much money they have stolen from people. When I emailed back and forth to a couple of different people they waved me off and then at one point they said they sent the package and it was delivered to a Leland, MS 38756 and my zip code is 73013. So when I sent an email after tracking the package they just told me that they would look into it again. Also another big red flag is that their store address is in the United States, but the packaging was all through Yanwen packaging located in Beijing, China.

The shipment ended up coming from China on tracking info from my email from them. I called usps after it said my shipment had arrived, and they said there was very little info at all about my package after I got a USPS tracking number and was a scam.
