I hired Inc Authority to help me set up & open my (LLC.) and serve as my “registered agent” for the first year Of 2024, & 2024 only! After that, in the year of 2025 I took care of my business registration and registered agent “myself” (paying out of pocket) straight to the Secretary of MN State. Now, Inc Authority continues to harass me weekly with phone calls and emails, demanding a $199.99 fee plus a $49.99 “late fee” for registered agent services in 2025, even though they're not my registered agent for 2025 and 2025 just began! They are now saying my business will recieve repercussions by being sent to “collections”. I've sent proof that I've already taken care of this, but '[email protected]' is being unprofessional and insisting that I owe them money, despite being unable to provide any “proof” or documentation. I never agreed to continue using their services, and they're refusing to respond to my attempts to resolve this issue professionally. Each email says “attempt #” as if I am Ignoring them. However, I keep asking them for “this document” that says I want them to be my registered agent with an alleged signature”, Yet Brittani can’t provide…. Ironic. I’m Starting to think this is scam, fraud or a combination. I spoke to the Secretary of MN State yesterday 2/21/25 and confirmed they received my Documents. I even sent proof to inc authority of this call.
