So i saw this website by tiktok and i though it was a pretty cool Christmas present for my son where he can ride himself so my husband and I decided to purchase which we were inform our package was going to arrived between the 16-21 of December once those days past by i started calling and sending emails but no replies the item cost us around $47 and some change so taday 01/05/2022 received a notification stating my package has arrived i get home and not box was outside my house which it was weird so i looked around so for some reason i checked my mailbox and i see a package i open it and it was a small car today, i was so upset and mad at the same time. I want this website or company what ever it may be to report it and received my refund.

They advertised a big wheel with helmet and battery for kids 20-100lbs. What came was a 3 inch plastic toy. $40 was the cost and this is what they sent. Oh, no helmet of batteries.

I ordered an advent calendar of rare rare whisky for my brother in law for Christmas. I paid $59.48 for it what I received was a tray full of cheap plastic keychains and other such garbage. I have been trying to reach this company to get this straightened out, but I have not yet heard back from them! please see attached photos!

I purchased a wreath from the Imusen Store online on 10/12/21. The wreath I purchased was a beautiful Fall Hydrangea Wreath. I received in the mail a small packet in my mailbox. It was a small hand held plastic wreath headband. Nothing close to what I paid for $34.99. I have attached a photo showing what I should have received which is a door wreath and what I actually received which is a small twine wreath that fits in the palm of your hand. No one will answer customer service number or reply to email. They are stealing from customers. This is an awful SCAM. DO NOT PURCHASE from them.

I saw an advertisement on Yahoo's homepage from Imusen Store selling wreath's. I purchased a sunflower wreath and instead received something totally different instead. I reached out to them several times requesting a refund, and no one has responded to my emails or phone calls. It's so frustrating at this point to know that they will not issue me a refund or send me the correct item. I definitely want to expose this company, so that no one else is scammed by them.
