I was contacted from the fake loyalty department from ATT. They knew my ATT account information how long I had my recent iPhone. They offered free iPhone because my longevity with ATT. All I had to pay was sales tax. It seemed legitimate because they knew how much my last bill was plus they offered 35% of my monthly bill for cell service. So I gave the credit card ?? information for the $124 taxes. Then they called me back and said I would have to pick up from ATT store. They said to had to order from the ATT site . Then once my information order was completed I could show the ATT store representative the code they were texting to me and email for pickup. It sounded legit till I told them I was going in the store and they dropped the call. I am so frustrated that I was scammed and they already knew my information liked they work for att. They also initiated the call from a north Royalton number *************
