I asked the scamer if was calling Amtrak. I also asked, do you represent Amtrak he said yes. I purchase a round trip to NC. We went, no issues. In our return, I was notified in the station that I did not have a return ticket so I was forced to purchase a return ticket. When i called the scamer and asked why would I have to purchase a return ticket if I got round trip tickets. The answer was vague and made no sense. That is when I decided to look up another number for Amtrak Customer Relations. I was informed they never got a reservation for a round trip and they don't have that money. They advised me to cancel my card call my bank and dispute the charge. So I did. I want everyone to know train tickets.com is a scam.

I tried to purchase a round trip train ticket. After the fact, I didn't get the round trip ticket. I needed to purchase a return ticket and since then I been getting multiple transactions that doesn't belong to me and Discover Card is not protecting my account. All those charges are supposedly from Amtrak and I haven't travel again nor purchased anything else. I have changed my card and I am still being charged for purchases that are not mine from Amtrak.
