Job Description:
As a Data Entry Clerk, you are responsible for entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits. Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry. Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output, updating and maintaining information on our company databases and computer systems.

You will be paid $30.75 per hour during working hours and $25.50 per hour during training. This is a remote position with a flexible work schedule.

Basic Qualifications:

I was approached by fb messenger of a friend/previous landlord for over 20 yrs. I refused to do anything through fb; so my friend sent this agent my email address. From then on I dealt with the agent. First he checked my name on a database and said I have winnings of $50k but I need to send him,$1,150.00 for documents, fees. Then he sent me information to deposit money in the cashiers account at CIBC (Oluyemi Adidemi Sodade); got this name from bank telling from CIBC. Apparently that is the name on the account plus "morrella auto solutions". The Institution number is 010, transit number is 03522, account number is 1890913.Nov 17 I deposited 1,150.00, Nov 21 he said I would have to deposit $500.00 for Refund Fee. I was telling him I wanted my money back. Nov 23 I deposited $6,500.00 into same account. Now all during this my friend is still telling me once in a lifetime, I guess he went through and got his 50k plus 10k for taxes and orphan charity. This 10k is what he told me for taxes and charity. Where I already put 500.00 he said I only needed to pay 9,500. I came up with the $6500 and my friend went and put $3000 into the same cashiers account on my behalf. Now the agent wants me to pay $15,000 and my winnings would be $550,000 plus a car. I told him no more money from me. My friend is still wanting me to come up with this money. I have receipts plus all of my communication, my emails.

Recorded message claims to be Amazon. Claims that a charge of 700 and some dollars charged on my Amazon account. Continuously calls every 5 to ten minutes from different numbers. It is annoying. I hung up on the first few calls, then let it go to answering machine. I erased messages at first, but I left the last six. How is a person suppose to stop this harassing caller? We were put on the Do Not Call List years ago. They didn't even ask for a specific person.

I have been receiving a lot of phone calls recently trying to get personal information by people falsely stating they are from medicare & wanting to know if I received a new medicare card within the last month. When I called them out on their scam they just keep calling & harassing me, even calling every couple of hours and not responding when I answer the phone. Also they are not leaving voicemails but make sure your greeting is played. I don't know the phone # because I don't have caller ID.

An email was received from [email protected] for the following interview: Remote Data Entry Job Interview Schedule via CAREERBUILDER. It requested I contact [email protected] setup Skype Interview.

This individual performed an “interview”. During the interview I was even sent a web link to “the company website”: https://www.targimmune.com/.

This individual, who goes by Kathryn Lawson, asked me many questions. One regarding my financial institutions, I indicated I would only supply that after hire for direct deposit of paychecks. She later gave me the job and sent me an employment offer to sign and return via email to her. I did.

The next day she wanted pics of my office space to ensure the space I have was adequate to fit all equipment needed for the remote position. I did.

The next step was purchasing an Apple Gift Card for $50 and sending her a receipt with “REIMBURSEMENT” inscribed on the top. This was to cover software on the Apple Laptop the company would be shipping, along with other office equipment. She said it will be reimbursed on my 1st training check.

After I did this, she then wanted me to send her the PIN from the card so “she could order the software to install it on the laptop before they shipped it.”

That’s when I knew for sure— SCAM!

I searched the BBB. Sure enough, they popped up as a scam. I informed her of this and she got defensive and continued stating this was in fact a legit employment opportunity.
