8. The timeframe for the project will be 3 months, published by October 2024.
REFUND POLICY
9. In case the Contractor is unable to secure any agreed media opportunity, the client will be entitled to get a
refund.
10. The refund policy is only valid if there is no delay from the client's end in terms of communication, or submitting
any required action items (PR questionnaire, approval of article drafts, etc).
11. Once the agreement has commenced, the client cannot terminate the project midway. Because of the nature of
the services being delivered, all press spots are reserved and booked in advance, and it's not possible to terminate
after the project has commenced.
